Cure & Trim: Allow the candles to cure for 48-72 hours for the best scent throw, then trim the wick to 5-6mm before the first use.

I would like to bring to your attention a serious issue I faced with the delivery of my recent order. While I did receive the product in good condition and have no complaints about the item itself, my experience with Anjani Courier was deeply concerning.

Upon checking the tracking link, I was informed that the parcel had been "delivered," even though I had not yet received it. I called the contact number provided on the tracking site, and a person named Rahul answered. After I gave him the AWB number, he checked and immediately said the parcel was on hold due to an "incorrect pincode."

I informed him that I’ve successfully received parcels from iCraft before using the same pincode. He insisted the pincode was wrong and demanded ₹5 to proceed with the delivery. When I questioned why I had to pay extra despite already covering shipping charges, he began speaking rudely and used inappropriate language. I responded firmly and told him to return the parcel if needed, then disconnected the call.

I called again, and this time a person named Yadav answered, claiming to be from Delhi. He repeated the same reasoning but spoke politely and guided me through a process to transfer ₹5. He asked me to open my banking app, enter my account number, and then my PIN number — which immediately raised red flags. I refused to proceed and told him to arrange cash payment at delivery instead. He declined and insisted the transfer had to happen first.

To my shock, he also mentioned the name of my bank — information I never shared with him.

This entire experience felt like an attempted scam, and it’s extremely concerning that individuals are misusing the name of Anjani Courier in such a manner. I strongly urge you to escalate this issue with the courier company and warn them that such fraudulent activities are being carried out under their brand name.

I understand this is a long message, but I believe it’s important to alert you so that your future customers do not fall into similar traps. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
